Execute assignment with compliance of company’s management regulation to achieve company operation objective,
根据公司管理规定完成指派任务达到公司生产目标。

Scope and Responsibilities：岗位职责
Manage shift team to work in accordance with HSE requirements, Lead one production shift to execute the shift production plan
管理运行值日常工作，遵守相关HSE规定要求，带领一个运行值完成该值生产计划；
Manage shift team to operate according to production SOP
根据SOP生产流程，管理运行值正常运行；
To conduct the start / shutdown of boiler and emergency operation process, enable the plant operate normally.
负责执行锅炉启动、关闭和应急操作程序，确保工厂正常运转；
Good communication with day team, maintenance and warehouse, and treat the problem together
负责与日班组、维护人员及仓管人员沟通，一起协调处理问题；
Co-ordination of communication between lab and production shift
在实验室和生产操作组间协调沟通；
Initiate the measures against process disorder, product quality problem, technical malfunction or any other irregular occurrence. On-shift trouble-shooting
在生产工艺失调、生产质量出现问题、技术故障或其他非正常情况下采取措施，当值解决问题；
Responsible for checking in-house inventory and coordinating raw material logistics
负责进库物资清点记录，协调原料流通分配；
Complete shift book and ensure that plant handover to the successor shifts well.
完成轮班排班表，保证轮班交接工作顺利进行；
Train the operator about the process and the operation regularly
定期给操作员进行关于操作和流程的培训；
Take charge of the whole plant during non-daily working hours
在非日班工作时间，负责全厂生产。
Experience：岗位经历要求：
With 3 years’ operating experience in incineration plant, cogeneration plant, steel mills or electric arc furnace.
在焚烧厂，热电站，冶炼厂或电弧炉等三年工作经验；
With A-class boiler operating license. 具备一级锅炉操作从业资格证
With license related to first pressure vessels.
具备一级压力设备相关的从业资格证
Education：教育背景
Bachelor: major in technology/environment engineering
学士学位：电气或环境工程专业
Working Skills:工作技能
Good computer skills; Basic English.
精通计算机；基本的英语沟通能力
