Drive & own aggressive growth targets including metric targets (volume, margin, convertibility and cash collection) in the relevant sales area
Support best pricing policy
Drive collaboration with the dedicated industrial commercial teams to drive growth opportunities
Direct ownership in working with the legal, risk and commercial operations teams to continually update and revise the contractual documents to accommodate customer needs
Support sales analytics and market intelligence to deepen knowledge of customer and competitors behaviors and prepare for smarter bids
Lead market intelligence in the region to determine potential targets
Drive improvements and initiatives in partnership with China and North Asia industrial sales Leader to resolve support issues, failures or adverse feedback from clients. Work cross functionally to share best practices and modify processes and policies to improve overall customer experience
Stimulate a highly collaborative culture, which encourages effective partnership across functional and geographic boundaries to deliver on business imperatives
Above all, always act with integrity



Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering, technology or related discipline or significant proven years of sales & commercial experience
Industrial sales experience
Strong interpersonal skills, including creativity and curiosity with ability to effectively communicate and influence across all organizational levels
Entrepreneurial mindset: demonstrated ability to translate the voice of the customer into internal initiatives that resonate with key stakeholders
Superior communication skills (verbal and written) and well-developed executive presentation skills

Aggressive sales and project management skills, with proven results working in a matrix team environment
Excellent communicator – written/verbal/presentation;
Exemplary GE values – Integrity, boundary less behavior, accountable, passionate, committed
Sound business judgment, critical thinking skills and analytical abilities that allow them to quickly assess situations and opportunities;
A positive, outwardly energetic leadership style that leverages relationships and inspires confidence in others;
Problem-solving attitude with the ability to anticipate potential issues and suggest creative alternatives to overcome barriers;
Ability to motivate team members and peers with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
