Mission:Identify, pursue, negotiate, review and close contracts for the sale of company's products and services, ensuring SGRE's strategy, objectives and business development.
Job Description:1, Identify and develop relationship with customers. Seek out and target new customers and new sales opportunities, lead and deliver significant growth in sales and initiate action plans to approach and secure new business for the Company.
2, Understand and utilize knowledge of the wind industry competitive landscape, as well as network with industry professionals and personal contacts to strategically and effectively pursue sales opportunities.
3, Manage clients relationship , developing & strengthening client loyalty by providing quality proposals & services, advise, support (commercial, technical, operative and administrative) and information that address client objectives.
Perform the fulfillment of the commercial processes and procedures.
4, Negotiate and review contracts for the sale of product and service for wind turbine customers.
5, Identify and respond to Requests for Proposal for wind turbine sales and wind farm projects.
6, Work with other departments to enhance project value and profitability for both company and the customer.
7, Propose new ways of acting based on creative approaches, knowledge and the pursuit of excellence.
8,Liaise with various departments and colleagues to drive projects and sales transactions to completion/closing.9, Track and understand relevant energy policy issues both national and regional.
Carry out the representation of the company before official organisms and bodies,10, regarding performance or geographical scope.
11, Establish profitable and sustainable relationships with all the company's Stakeholders.
12, Maintain projects metrics/measurements (KPIs) to ensure optimum efficiency and quality, and develop a reporting process to utilize the metrics to drive operational improvements.
13, Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualification required:4~5 years university study with Bachelor degree.Good command of English, in listening, speaking, reading and writing.2 years working experience engaged in engineering or project management is required.Wind or electric power industry experience is preferable.
