MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES OF POSITION:
Technical Integrity:
Take responsibility for the technical integrity of the team,addressing working methods, tools, quality assurance,peer reviews,communicationwithteammembersonotherprojects.PromoteuseoftheKnowledgeSystemsandLearningCommunities.
Proposals:
Provide or review input generated with in the discipline for new proposals.
Work Planning:
Plan and assign work load equitably to the team members. Forecast and initiate workshare and /or recruitment as required.
Leadership
Provide strong leadership to the team. Mentor others. Deal with team member\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s professional issues. Do succession planning.
Team Management:
Manage career and succession planning in the group, manage team performance, provide in put to remuneration setting & review processes, teambuilding, communication.
Administration:
Monitor non-billable time booked by team,approve various requests raised by team members


Job Specific Knowledge:
Working knowledge of engineering and design processes in the discipline.
Sound knowledge of multi-discipline design methods and inter-discipline dependencies & information flows
At least 15+years experiences of engineering and design background, including at least 3+ years experiences of Project Principle Lead Engineer

Industry Specific Experience:
Power, especially on large size gasturbine, coalfired power generation. Be familiar with HV and MV & LV engineering are preferred.

Education–Qualifications,Accreditation,Training:
Bachelor degree is minimum required for electrical engineering and design, especially for Power Industry.

ITSkills:
Be good at Microsoftwares
Be familiar with typical engineering and esign tools of electrical discipline

Other:
Self starter-able to work with little supervision
Attention to detail
Willingness to proactively improve work processes as required
