Primary Responsibilities-主要职责:
Design the firmware architecture ensuring integrity throughout the product line

Maintain firmware quality through development process improvement, tools, coding standards, design reviews, coaching and compliance monitoring
通过研发改进、使用工具、设计评审、编码及编译检测环节保证固件质量
Provide progressive firmware implementation effort estimates and risk assessments
提供渐进的固件实施评估和风险评估策略
Write project firmware design specifications and contribute to system level designs
编写项目固件设计规范并对系统设计提出建议
Participate in project plan definition and meet schedule commitments
参与项目计划制定并满足项目进度要求
Coordinate with the hardware, software and application and **** teams
配合硬件、软件、应用及测试团队的工作
Identify opportunities for product quality, performance and feature enhancements
确认对产品质量、性能和功能的改进




Qualifications Required-岗位要求:
5 years of embedded firmware development experience preferred
5年嵌入式固件开发的经验优先
Experience producing commercial-quality firmware for critical applications
具开发商业性固件关键应用的经验
Experience with system design and multi-processor, realtime, multi-tasking systems,
具系统设计即多重处理器、实时、多重任务系统的设计经验，
Effective written and oral communication skills
良好的口头和书面沟通能力
Comfortable working in a dynamic, business focused environment
能适应变化，以业务发展为导向
Good command of English incl. speaking, reading, writing and listening.

Understanding of power systems and Protective Relay design

Experience developing communication and SCADA protocols
