Roles

·Develop detailed functional specifications describing algorithms and **** plans.

·制定详细的功能规范书描述算法和测试计划;

·Perform system studies and simulations using appropriate tools to validate protection algorithms.

·能够使用系统仿真工具执行系统研究和仿真用于验证保护算法;

·Analyze user requirements to recommend appropriate solutions.

·分析用户需求并给出合适的解决方案;

·Work with Customer Support personnel to resolve product, process, and customer issues.

·同客户支持人员配合解决产品和客户问题;

·Provide technical consultation to cross-functional teams to improve or resolve manufacturing, products,applications or field issues;

·为其他职能团队提供技术咨询以改进或解决制造、产品、应用或现场等环节的问题.

·Author technical papers and present materials at tradeshows and conferences.

·为展会和研讨会提供技术论文和演讲材料;

·Assist in preparing user manuals and training material and deliver training courses.

Qualifications Required:

·More than 5 years development experience in protection and automation products;

·超过5年保护和自动化产品的开发经验;

·More than 2 years of technical leadership experience.

·超过2年的技术团队的领导经验;

·Knowledge of modern protection, control and distribution automation practices and trends.Utility experience using GE protection and automation products preferred.

·Working knowledge of simulation tools such as RTDS, PSCAD or ATP/EMTP and MATLAB.

·Experience developing applications for the power system protection, control and automation market.

·Degree in Electrical Engineering. MSc or PhD is preferred.

·Excellent English language fluency, oral and written. Comfortable with technical discussions in English.
