Key Responsibility:
Be responsible for the technical tendering for the 600MW and 1000MW and export turbine / generator products for the assigned projects including: technical RLF, technical Tender Document (technical descriptions data sheet, comments to the technical specification, performance ).
-Support sales for the assigned projects both during pre-acquisition and tender phase and customer visits for promotion and technical contract negotiation.
-Finalizes configuration for the project assigned and drives the competitive position being responsible for achieving the optimum and costs for the assigned project .
-Collect and feedback data related to the assigned projects to Tender management.
-Develop specialization within tendering team, HEX , Thermal Calculation, Third party costing, I & C etc.
-Others assigned by line manager.

Requirement
Bachelor degree and related knowledge in steam turbine / generator / Mechanical Engineering.
3 years minimum experience as Tendering Engineer or Sales.
Fluent English / Chinese
Be familiar with Chinese tendering process for steam turbines and turbo generator
Be familiar with Power Generation business
