岗位职责：Let wind farm reach the main contracts requirment and get our final cuostoemr satisfaction. 1- Make sure wind farm EHS target will be reached and any relevant action will be implemented smoothly. 2- Manage local technicians whatever in maintenance or operation level. 3.-Responsible for performing the wind farm preventive maintenance plan and following the process to always keep the good status of the WTG 4.-Control the wind farm availability to reach main contracts request. 5.-Wind farm manpower daily arrangement. 6.-Wind farm maintenance cost control. 7.-SAP, GOT or OT system operation. 8.-by standard maintenance way to implemention warranty and to reach every internal and external KPIs request. 9.- Monthly maintanance report drafting , wind farm runing data analyzing and reporte them to company. 任职要求：1, Bachlor degree above.2, Wind industry experience is mandatory.3, English can be used as working language.4. 3-5 years related experiemce5. 60% of travel time
