Responsibilities / Duties
- Managing a technical sales team of appropriate 30 people;
- Bid manager, includes developing a bid strategy on pricing, technical requirement and determining the scope of supply and consequent handover to engineering on successful bids;
- Lead and guide Product Lifecycle Manager in meeting, identify local technical requirements on the complete Energy Automation product portfolio including implementation of local innovation projects together with R&D;
- Responsible for the life cycle of all Energy Automation products in coordination of software upgrades, resolving design problems, training, technical support and etc;
- Responsible for branch development strategy, partner strategy and select / define target customers and projects in the industrial business;
- Oversee Technical consulting to compile, analyse, evaluate specification from Design Institutes and sharing of information such as potential project's, market pricing with sales team;
- Communicating with Key account managers in Energy Automation Sales to collect project information and integrate their resources for winning projects;
- Coordination and strategizing with Sales/Technical Consulting/Order Center/Business Admin to participate in targeted projects with a systematic approach.

Education
- Bachelor/above degree in power automation or related field

Languages
- English – advanced level in spoken and written

Experience
- More than 5 years work experience in Power Automation (Protection / Substation Control);
- More than 2 years work experience as Sales;
- More than 5 years Management experience;
- More than 5 years Work experience in international company preferred.

Main Responsibility:
1. Engineering, Test and Commissioning of Control systems for Power Plants
2. Responsibility for Goals / Work Packages assigned by the Project Manager
3. Basic engineering based on data supplied by the customer. System clarifications with the customer.
4. Detailed Engineering of Hardware and Software of Control Systems
5. Test of Control Systems at the Test Site foreseen for the project
6. On Site commissioning
Requirement:
1. College / University degree or above, majored electrical engineering / power plant automation
2. Experience in Engineering, Test and Commissioning of Control systems for Power Plants
3. Proficient in the use of Office Tools and Engineering Tools
4. Knowledge of the Power Plant Process the Automation Concepts and the Control Systems
5. Coordination skills, Communication skills, also in English language
